Hickey Clan Aran Bed Runner

The Hickey Clan Aran Bed Runner has a central panel of interlocking cable with link and cable stitches on either side. The cable stitch represents good luck and the link stitches represent the unbroken chain, which exists between the Irish who emigrate and those who remain at home. This beautiful Aran bed runner has been hand knitted in the traditional báinín (pronounced ‘baw neen’) colour, the natural white of the wool. It comes to you complete with a clan history and crest. It is made of soft merino wool and is breathable.
